How we help<\/h3>\n

Over 50% of children report feeling sad or depressed due to the COVID pandemic and all the restrictions children face on a daily basis.  This isolation and depression can exponentially increase the chances of children to do worse scholastically, physically, and emotionally.  By helping children understand and apply important life lessons now by means of stories that are easy to remember, easy to relate to, and are focused on helping the child, your child is given the skills needed to come through the pandemic happy and successful, and those qualities will stay with them for the rest of their lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

The coaching program we deliver consists of 27 stories that each have a specific message that teaches children to improve their lives.  From positive self-talk to being able to trust themselves to do what is right.  We also go over how to be successful now and at every stage of their lives moving forward.  This will take roughly 30 weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have a strong desire to help children become the best version of themselves.  I help children overcome limiting beliefs (I can’t do that.  That’s impossible!  You must be stupid if you believe that.) because what we learn as children stays with us as we grow into adults.<\/span><\/p>\n

For decades I had low self-esteem, an inferiority complex, and negative self-talk (telling myself I was stupid, worthless, and of no value) stemming from childhood abuse I suffered but had repressed.
I was able to get professional help and overcome the deep-seated shame and anger I had been feeling for years.  I successfully was able to find self-respect and self-worth.  Now it is my deep desire to pay it forward and to prevent children from ever having to deal with these types of emotions and feelings that they may have for any reason.  <\/span><\/p>\n

I am not a therapist – I am a Life Coach who helps people, especially children,  look at themselves through a lens of reality and not one of ideas and beliefs that are negative and self-condemning.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
